Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Upfront Deposits

Due to the immediate allocation of senior engineering, design, and media buying resources, initial project deposits (typically 50% of fixed-scope development proposals) are non-refundable once kick-off work has commenced.

2. Milestone Sign-Off & Approvals

Development projects are executed in structured milestones (e.g., Staging Preview, Core Architecture, Final QA Launch). Once a milestone is reviewed and signed off by the Client, payments associated with that milestone are deemed final and non-refundable.

3. Monthly Retainer Cancellations

For ongoing performance marketing, paid ads management, or technical SEO retainers:

Clients may cancel monthly retainers by providing a written 30-day cancellation notice via email to billing@rvmarketinghub.com.
Services will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will occur. Partial month refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Media Spend & Third-Party Fees

Ad spend paid directly to ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) or third-party SaaS subscriptions (Vercel, Shopify, AWS, Stripe) is non-refundable by RV Marketing Hub under any circumstances, as these payments are processed directly by third-party vendors.
