1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the RV Marketing Hub website or entering into a service agreement with RV Marketing Hub ("Agency"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services & Deliverables

Agency provides custom web application development, mobile application engineering, digital performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads management), and technical search engine optimization (SEO). Detailed project deliverables, technical specifications, and timeline SLAs will be defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal documents signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full final payment for custom development projects, Agency transfers 100% full ownership of custom source code, design assets, and website files to the Client. Agency retains the right to display completed public works in its portfolio unless a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed prior to kick-off.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Fixed-Price Projects: Standard payment schedules require a 50% upfront deposit upon contract signing and 50% upon final project approval/launch.
Monthly Retainers: Performance marketing and technical SEO retainers are billed in advance on the 1st day of each billing cycle.
Late Payments: Invoices unpaid past 14 calendar days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or temporary suspension of active services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RV Marketing Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising from the performance or non-performance of services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client to Agency in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law
